Any appointment booked on the website can be canceled at any time.
In case of patients wanting to cancel an appointment, they need to contact Dr. Jitender Gupta’s staff and the user will be offered a full refund with an option to change the appointment date and time. In case there are unexpended advances paid by the user, the excess will be refunded back using the initial payment mode.
